This is a sake made using spring water from Sugiyama area (on the hillside of Mt. Aobasan) and high quality sake rice. Enjoy the sweet mellow flavor of ‘Jyunmai Ginjo Osugi’ that results from the famous spring water used in making it.
Maizuru’s only sake distillery ‘Ikeda Sake Distillery’ make ‘Ikekumo’ and ‘Kasa Ichiyo’ using locally farmed rice. Gentle flavors from the rice will spread in your mouth when you drink it, making it the perfect complement to meals.
